The Age Concern Stockport Travel Service offers a range of escorted day trips, holidays in the UK and abroad, some of which are escorted, and a Travel Club for regular users with advance notice of what's coming up and social events.

There is a good choice of day trips and holidays at home or abroad throughout the year, so something for everyone. The day trips and some holidays are escorted to provide a friendly face or a little extra support which may be of particular interest to those travelling on their own. The Travel Club will also be of interest to regular travellers and those wanting to get to know other travellers.

With a range of carefully selected day trips, longer breaks in the UK and abroad, the travel team offers a friendly and supportive service at all stages and includes:

• Brochures on what is available and all the other information people need to know.
• Experience of working with older travellers and matching individual requirements to the right holiday or trip
• Support to help people make the choice that is right for them
• Easy booking procedures
• Pre holiday meetings so people can get to know each other before travelling
