All are welcome to the Age Concern Stockport Carol Service at 1.00pm Thursday December 18th at St Mary's at the marketplace.
Dec ACS Wins Awards
We are delighted to report that our innovative WELLCHECK project won the prestigious national Community Care Award for work with older people, presented in London during November. The organization also worked hard to achieve the GOLD HEALTHY WORKPLACE AWARD, presented in December. To top it off for this year our LIFELONG LEARNING Project achieved the highly regarded national MATRIX standard for its service.
